This course is not too hard. Many of the questions do require writing queries to a database, which takes some time. Otherwise the course is fairly straightforward.

This course felt thorough, but stuck to the basics. After obtaining several certifications in IT recently, Intro to IT seemed to combine knowledge from all of those standard certs as well as a few other topics that were not covered in four certifications. A bit of a refresher course with some fun, new-to-me information.
