I honestly dont see the need for touchstones and they really slow up progressing.
by Adele R. on February 6, 2025
This course is full of very difficult wording. The material is very broad and requires you to really think. That being said, it is definitely passable.
by Ashley C. on February 6, 2025
I enjoyed taking this class here on Sophia. It offered a great introduction to the world of accounting and helped me start my career in the field. I found the lessons to be easy and concise. The practice questions were also accurate to what appeared on the test.

Amazing class and very informative videos with instructors explaining things well.
by Jayla N. on February 6, 2025
I would highly recommend.
by Debra P. on February 6, 2025
I loved this course, and found it very informative, and interesting. The projects are great, however they are not weighted accurately in comparison to others within the same course. Example: TS 2 Has a Max Score of 80. TS Has a Max Score of 60. TS4 which has many multiple layers, and an extensive amount of work has only 100 Max Points. TS 4 is easily 10x the work of TS 2, which has 80 pts. There are also a few technical issues that should be addressed on this course. In the TS4 Overview Section, where it describes the touchstone project, it says very specifically "write a Quality Improvement Plan" with a Timeline for Implementation. However, in the Parts listed in the Instructions on what to Include, Timeline is not referenced there at all. So do you include a Timeline or Note? In TS4, it is for a QIP and not an APA essay, the Final Recommendation is to serve as the conclusion-per instructions. However you need a Conclusion (as in APA conclusion.) I still love Sophia!
